An architect whose passion for CGI turned into a wealth of experience in media and entertainment. During her run as a producer, she helped Crater Studio break into the global postproduction market and, consequently, establish the longest-lasting computer graphics school in the region. Miljana is a driving force behind Materriya and one of the founders of the CGA Belgrade conference.

Bojana cooperates with HR departments throughout creative industries. She makes sure that all the people in our talent base have a splendid experience starting from recruitment to their further career development. Whether it’s through training, development programs, or workshops, she’s always looking for new ways to support teams and create a positive workplace culture.

Branka is an experienced writer, communications manager, and web editor with a keen eye on culture and technology. She contributed to numerous online publications on literature, design, and architecture, though her background lies in comics and literature. Now, she is designing and executing communication strategies to promote education programs, initiatives, and events related to creative industries and digital arts.

Marija acted as a program coordinator and communications manager of various programs in IT, creative tech, the entertainment industry, and culture. Known for her uplifting character and smile, she ran the show at Startit Novi Sad for a while, and now she acts as a community manager at 3Lateral’s educational facility in her hometown. Marija holds a master’s degree in Media Engineering and Marketing Management.

Nikola is a music producer, sound designer, and composer focused on working with vocal talents. He frequently volunteers and has been part of organizational teams of many culture events. Nikola is a passionate gamer and as Materriya’s youngest team member, he gives a fresh perspective to all our ventures, which is an utter quality in any creative field.
